Tracy brings over 20 years of experience in customer experience, digital transformation, and operational leadership across the U.S., Australia, and global markets. Most recently, she served as Chief Client Officer at InDebted, a Series C global fintech company, where she led revenue strategy and client transformation across five countries. Her career includes executive roles at several Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and APAC, including Westpac, IBM, Goldman Sachs, and Fannie Mae, where she spearheaded large-scale operations and technology initiatives in the financial services sector. Tracy’s experience and location in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to expanding our footprint and enhancing client service across diverse markets.
Known for her sharp, strategic thinking and approachable, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style, Tracy is passionate about building high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and turning challenges into opportunities that create meaningful outcomes for businesses and their customers.
