Crafting a Consistent Digital Experience
Using a combination of competitor and customer research, SingleStone began by identifying customer needs and existing gaps. With that foundation, we partnered with the client to develop a digital strategy that defined and promoted brand consistency, improved customer experience, and positioned the digital channel to drive sales through the following tactics:
- Built a reusable, multichannel content system allowing the client to effectively manage multiple sites for different specialty products
- Allowed for the ability to promote related products through cross-selling, personalization, and federated search across multiple web properties
- Leveraged the Sitecore Customer Experience Platform and Coveo Enterprise Search to improve user experience
