The client’s Chief Technology and Digital Office engaged SingleStone to provide expertise in evaluating 26 critical cloud foundational capabilities, particularly in terms of Amazon Web Services (AWS) as their primary cloud provider.

Over a 10-week period, SingleStone worked with the client’s key cloud stakeholders to:

  • Understand the cloud strategy, desired future state and progress to date
  • Identify gaps and omissions in the foundational capabilities and offer recommendations for closing gaps
  • Author detailed cloud architecture guidance and recommendations on 26 foundational capabilities, of which half were security related
