The next chapter for SingleStone begins with a new CEO
SingleStone will reach a major milestone before the end of this year: its 20th birthday. I feel proud of the impact our firm has had since 1997 and am grateful to so many who have partnered with us and supported us on our journey. I’m also very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. And so, it is with great enthusiasm that I announce several leadership changes for our firm.
Introducing Our New CEO
Effective November 1, marking the beginning of our next fiscal year, Jimmy Chou will serve as SingleStone’s new CEO. Based on conversations with Jimmy over the past year, and ongoing dialog with our senior leaders and advisors, I’m confident this is the right move for our firm. I also know this is the right time for Jimmy, and for me.
More About the SingleStone Leadership Team
I will serve as Chairman, extend my client work to full-time, and expand it in an area that is very exciting for me. More on my new role as Chairman below.
A familiar name to many, Chrissy Keeton will move into a new role as the firm's Chief Customer Officer, representing our primary face to the market to include marketing, account management and delivery leadership.
Anthony Wenzel and Tricia Rhodes will continue to serve in their roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer, respectively.

Over the past 5 years, we have clarified our vision and strategy centered on customer experience consulting. Today, we are more focused than ever on our expertise and solution offerings. The stage is set for strong growth and Jimmy is the right person to lead us forward.
Jimmy is an exceptional person, leader, and consultant. His 20 years of industry experience – more than a decade of those with SingleStone – have prepared him well to lead us into this next chapter of growth. He is fully committed to our purpose, values and vision, and will maintain SingleStone’s unwavering commitment to our team and our clients. I have full trust and confidence that under Jimmy’s leadership, we will continue to excel in key areas, begin to excel in others, and take big strides towards achieving our full potential.
Digging Deeper: People and Culture
My day-to-day role will focus on serving SingleStone’s clients in an area that I'm incredibly passionate about. This is an extension of my current client-facing role and enables me to expand further in areas much needed in our industry: the people and culture dimensions of business transformation and customer experience excellence.
People and culture are the two passions that motivated me to found and lead SingleStone. As an advisor and consultant, I will channel these same interests and leverage my 20 years of leadership and consulting experience to serve our clients on these important aspects of their own companies.
For me, this change is true to my long-standing aspiration to one day assume a consulting role at SingleStone. I am very thankful to Jimmy for our close partnership and the role he’s played to position our firm for growth. I’m very excited for SingleStone’s bright future with Jimmy as our leader.
